Some sellers provide cables with CH340 chips. These are incredibly stable.
Some cheaper WLN KD-C1 programming cables use or CH340 chips. If the Prolific driver doesn’t work, inspect the cable’s small bulge—if the chip is marked “CH340G,” download the CH340 driver instead.
