Think of it as a clerical checkpoint. The admissions office has taken your transcript (either uploaded by you or sent by your counselor) and compared key details—course names, grades, term weights, graduation status—against what you typed into their system. When everything lines up without discrepancies, the system flags your record as “Verified.”
