VAG vehicles receive constant software updates. A car built in 2023 may have a control module that VCDS 21.9 cannot properly communicate with. You will be stuck with an outdated tool that cannot code new features or diagnose recent fault codes.
The VCDS 21.9 loader install performed well on our test system, which was running Windows 10. The software loaded quickly and was responsive to user input.
