The family's reaction is brutal and realistic. Lip's cold rage, Ian's quiet disappointment, Debbie's confusion, and Carl's misplaced loyalty — the kitchen confrontation is some of the best ensemble acting in the series. The question "What do we do now?" has no easy answer. Shameless 4x9
