Steam vs. Microsoft Store: These two versions of the game store save files in completely different locations. You must follow the guide specific to where you bought the game. Cloud Saves: If you are playing the Steam version, Steam Cloud will likely try to restore your old save the next time you launch the game. You must disable Steam Cloud for FH5 before installing a new save file, or your progress will be overwritten.
