Log in to the (User Interface) from your computer. Navigate to Settings/Registration . Select License/Other > Register/Update Software .

Call Canon Support (1-800-652-2666 in the US) or your local authorized dealer. Provide your serial number and current firmware version (found under Settings/Registration > Preferences > Display Version ). They will advise if an update is necessary and schedule a service visit.
